49% of respondents to a survey of ticketing companies believe that Moshtix ticket sales (touting) should be closely monitored but not regulated. But it should be third count, regulates and on-sellers are at a disadvantage. 42% think ticketing providers should be more responsible for the monitoring, 20% expect that sites where it happens, should be responsible.
